I can't access one website or it's app on my pc

I get this

Check if there is a typo in www.stardoll.com.

it works fine on my old vmedia broadband

How do I unblock it? Thanks

Login to the router. Find the Internet connection settings and change dns to 8.8.8.8 & 1.1.1.1

You are being suggested to change the DNS settings because that site is being blocked by Vodafone's content controls.

Not using Vodafone's DNS bypasses the controls.

The only other option is to turn off the controls.

You do it via "My Vodafone".

But it is much easier to just to change the DNS settings

@whynoww  Assuming Windows;

Open CMD box

type "nslookup" to enter the interactive DNS lookup

at the ">" prompt type "server 8.8.8.8"

at the ">" prompt type your web address

you should see three suggested addresses end in 210, 212 and 213

at the ">" type "quit" to leave nslookup
