New Customer, cant connect my Switch.

Every other device is fine but my Nintendo Switch won't connect to my WiFi network. This is a deal breaker for me, never had an issue with previous ISPs and tested it elsewhere. So the fault is definitely your end.

 

Should I just cancel? Seems like others have this issue too.

Hey @mark5404 Let's get your switch reconnected and you back online. If all your other devices are connecting without any issues, it sounds like your connection and router are working fine. Please check you're trying to connect your Switch correctly by following Nintendo's online instructions. If you've followed these and you're still unable to connect, pop us a message including any error messages you receive and we'll take a closer look 🕵

Lol yes I've followed their instructions, I can connect on other networks just fine. It's only yours that has an issue.

 

The Swich returns error code 2110-3128 - which is a pretty general error but I suspect pertains to DNS.

 

Looking through this forum it seems I'm far from alone having this issue too.

omg , i literally made this account simply for your problem right here. i am having the same problem and ive been having it for weeks. ive searched all over the internet for. a solution and i cant find a single one. how’d you fix it ?

@riabaabi I suspect things have changed in the last four years since the question was asked, unless you're asking about how to type using a capital letter 🙂
