I have just had Vodafone broadband installed and my security camera wont connect. Its getting very

@Sue64 If your router has compatibility mode, then turn that on and connect the camera to the new WiFi signal that is available.

We have tried that buy it won't work. Tried the camera on a virgin broadband a d connected immediately

It's probably a 2.4Ghz camera, so you will have to reconfigure the router to set it up by temporarily turning off the 5Ghz band. Then connect the camera and then switch the 5Ghz band back on.

That is exactly what I had to do. The other thing is to have separate WiFi networks for 2.4 and 5 Ghz.
