My Internet over a few weeks slowed down dramatically to 1.5mbps, my guaranteed min speed should of been 35mbps, I think I may have got it sort for now after advisor told me to reset my router, my speed is back to where it should be, but one day after its been sorted I am now having drop outs I have done everything I can line tests have been done no faults, I'm at a loss I think I will just have to give up with the Internet now. I have been on chat on the phone advisors talked me through everything I needed to do done all of it and well I just give up.
