I have had issues for well over 9 months now with the wifi just dropping out on my work laptop whether it be intermittent or for an hour+. Don't have any issues on any of our apple devices, tv etc... & when I run a broadband test all appears fine.
I am on my 3rd Lenovo laptop but exactly the same issue has come up after less than a week of using it at home.
When I go onto the broadband app it no longer shows connected devices & not sure why they removed the boost a device function as that always seemed to help

@JRGRaham1982 Has your work laptop been setup to use a VPN or Microsoft Direct Access?

Hi @JRGRaham1982 did you find a solution to this? I’m getting the exact same, it’s very painful

Hi, did you manage to resolve this issue? I have been on Vodafone broadband since the start of September and the exact same has happened to me after 4 weeks. Thanks

Did that resolve the issue?
Problem for me originally started when I was with Virgin Media. IT said it was network so I moved to Vodafone Broadband but now getting the same issues with VB so assuming it’s the laptop?

Ah okay! I moved to BT and it’s completely solved it. Apparently some broadbands don’t deal well with company VPNs etc. I’ve not heard issues with virgin media before though!

Think that may be the only option available for me. Spoke to Vodafone Broadband support earlier and they can’t help me. Their opinion was the company needs to change its VPN settings and that’s not going to happen. Very annoying especially as I’ll have to pay my way out of the contract that I’ve only had for a couple of months.
