Any idea how I get sense out of Vodafone...superfast working, was offered Giga
Had a giga ftth line installed, but no light, so fitter escalated it back to Openreach...not entirely suprised as fitter siad they've had issues in this area with the wash the FTTH was lashed in by the OR contractors.
Had a call next day to say super would stay on until Giga activated...
Called today (1 week later as no further contact) and following the call/webchat with various support functions...superfast has now been disconnected, and Giga is still off. First try with support and they didn't know who openreach were.
(I have line of sight where I sit working from home to the pole and the local Openreach boxes, and there has been no action)
I'm now faced with two massive interviews using WebEx over a somewhat flaky 4G connection this week as I've been told up to 7 days to turn super back on or hopefully later in the week Giga
Anyone know how to get any sense, or even a UK based person who can get through to openreach?
