Mobile broadband with Pro Full Fibre

I recently switched over to Pro Full Fibre, to make use of the mobile broadband. I've plugged the USB modem into the router and the Vodafone app reports that it is connected. 

Yesterday, the broadband cut out for 5 minutes, and the router did not switch over to the mobile broadband. Are there any additional steps I need to go through to make it switch over?

Hi, it should be plug and play. It comes with data loaded onto the SIM you would have got with it, may be worth contacting their WiFi Xperts Team them to make sure the data hasn’t run out, and they can check the hardware remotely. 
webchat is available on the app (the little robot icon on the dashboard) or Vodafone.co.uk/contactus, 191 from your Vodafone mobile phone , 0333 304 0191 from any other number. They’ll be able to sort it out, they’re pretty good
