Net gear booster not maintaining connection to the modem

Iv been trying since I had broadband installed a month ago 

it won’t recognise automatically brings up password error, 

but once u pair manually it connects for a few hours then disconnects and booster is showing no internet connection 

 

please help never had this problem with virgin media once connected job done for 6 months

Hi @Prit14 This does sound odd! from your message it would seem that you've been using this booster for a while now, is it still in good condition? Have you spoken to Netgear about this, as it may be an issue with the booster itself?
