My full fibre went live 10th September on the 11th no internet and it has been down since then. Daily calls to the call centre eventually resulted in being told the hub was faulty. I new one came yesterday. Still no internet and now I'm being told it's not the equipment, it's because 6 local servers are down. I still have and the has always been 3 green lights on the open reach box, the LOS light has never come on.
Would loss of server trigger the LOS light and is it feasible that servers would be down for over a week?
