Hiya
My broadband went off last night and no hope that I can get it up and running soon.
I can't even make a complain, as all online advisors are ALWAYS BUSY and 191 call directs you to Chat or website.
It is so frustrating as this has happened thrice in a span of three-months since I switched over to Vodaphone. The outagest time was 4 days in a row...
I have no idea what to do except get frustrated and look at the router flashing red light.
The speed of course has always been a issue. And I am willing to pay the penalties and get rid of my contract.
Can anyone suggest how to contact the busy guys at Vodaphone?
