We haven't had internet in our house for the last four days and the support team has been abysmal.
After spending an hour on live chat, unplugging this resetting that etc no difference.
Logging into the router it shows DSL connection active but nothing loads, just get time out errors on all browsers, sometimes get DNS error instead of timeout. (tried changing DNS settings to google and cloudfare) LAN connection has the same problem.
We were told someone would ring each day and this has not happened (although the direct debit works fine). We have tried all outlets to contact the company, and still no reply.
What is our next step? Any help would be great!

Hi Lee,
I will assume that your internet light is a steady white. Had a similar issue, and didn't get the control content page when setting up, attempts at signing in to MyVodafone failed as couldn't access the page there either. However, support did point me to http://www.vodafone.co.uk/contentcontrolpage/vfb-force-choice-page.html which worked - I was sceptical as I had no internet connection although connected to wifi.
