My internet went down a few days ago. So far we have had an engineer out to test our line which was fine. We then replaced the router still down. The line is up but data ppp connection is disconnected. From what I have read this means the router handshake is not taking place so I'm not getting allocated an ip address. This is not a new connection been working fine for years. Vodaphone are sending out another openreach engineer on Wednesday. I think i need higher level support from vodafone not openreach an i right?
