I joined Vodafone Broadband just over 2 weeks ago. I have many devices but 2 PS4s, for the first couple of days they conected to the wifi but after this they repeatedly got kicked off and now I can't get them to connect over wifi or with the ethernet cable plugged in. If I mobile hopspot my Galaxy S21 or my laptop both connected to the Wifi both PS4s can connect to the internet. Every other device can connect fine to the main router and to the Super Booster. It is only the 2 PS4s and as I said they will connect to the Wifi via monile hotspotting so there is no issue with the PS4s being able to connect jus some weird issue with the main wifi not allowing them to. Please help, I have read lots of info about chnaging channels and Static addresses but I am not very good tech wise so would need step by step intructions for thickos! The online help usually requires a certain level of knowledge and I cannot follow it.

Hey @mandsolway I hope you're well 🙂 If you give the Broadband support team a call on 08080 034 515 they will be able to help check and alter any broadband settings and they can help find out why your PS4 has suddenly stopped connecting to the Wi-Fi.

Thank you @Effie. I have tried the "Expert" help 0333 304 0191 but find this is not very useful as the operators are not in the UK and do not know anything about the system. Is the number you have given a different department?

The number I've given is for the Broadband Support team @mandsolway 🙂 They may want to put you through to the Wi-Fi Xperts if you are on a pro service though.
