I used to get 5ms ping to London (from Coventry), now I am being auto connected to Edinburugh and I get 15 ping to there, when I try to speedtest to London or even right next to me in Leicester I am getting pings above 22...I called in and they just said "they added new servers and there's nothing much we can do"...

any help?

I've not experienced any issues with my connection either, that includes a remote desktop I use during the day for home working purposes. Everything is fine. I would have expected regular drop outs if the BQM graphs were anything to be believed!

Good luck.

Guess we really need to keep this thread on topic here but looking like it is VF as both graphs show packetloss at 14:00 so next one is due at 19:00 given the 5 hour cycle it appears (ignore 6am (ish) one on thinkbroadband that was me resetting kit to see if it stopped.

That's the general state of everything vodafone. They should be viewable later this evening, or tomorrow, or leave it 24hrs, or we'll get an engineer around to look at it sometime next year.

Maybe they're on strike like everyone else.

Try posting your tracert again. Use text rather than an image.

You probably included your personal I.P. address, they don't like anything by which you can be identified.

One thing I forgot to mention.

The infrastructure team will only consider the BNG rerouting an issue when it effects the majority of customers in an area.  Still wasn't able to find out if they gauge that on complaints or if somebody actually checks. As it's Vodafone, I'd imagine no one checks.
