Im desperate for help.
My pro broadband 500mb activated on 13th December with no problems. It worked fine up until 3rd January when my connection suddenly dropped.
I rang support and they said i needed a new router.
Throughout that week the connection was choppy, came on for half a day then dropped for the other.
I recieved a new router (after 6 days!) and now i have no connection at all. The router simply flashes red on the front, red on the internet light on the back. The router wont even let me connect to it as it says my password is "unchanged" but cant connect off my phone. I tried my old router and that does the same.
I had open reach come out and they said internet is reaching the modem just fine. He even swapped the modem just incase!
Everytime i ring the Vodafone "experts" they tell me something different... "Its the router" or "theres an issue but we are gathering data which takes 48 hours"m Or the best one yet, "your router is just updating and needs up to a day to complete". Ive asked them if my connection is provisioned properly and they said yes.
This morning, my router had a white light with green internet on the back. Hurrah i thought, but i couldnt connect to it.
Now, my 3rd router is supposed to come this week. I cant believe ive had TWO faulty routers... if the 3rd one doesnt work either im ridiculously unlucky or theres another issue Vodafone simply havent identified.
Im wondering if anyone has any other suggestions for me? Am i missing something obvious?

I've finally managed to log into my router, and it says No IP4.

Hey there @andyconstable14 - thanks for keeping the thread updated.
What colour are your lights now? Have you followed all the steps here to set up your new router?
