We haven’t had internet since Wednesday. It’s challenging to work from home with no internet. I have called Vodafone several times and they are unable to provide me with a clear update. They initially said it would be resolved within a day and they have been extending it. They now say they “might” fix it on Monday. I know they will provide a refund for the days with no service. We have a contract with them that expires in April 2021. Is there a consumer protection act here? For example, if there is no service for several days, could we get out of the contract?
