Sorted out the Router now. Much better WiFi speeds. Getting about 550 upstairs compared to about 300 with the Vodafone router. Weirdly getting better wired speeds aswell 935 download connected to Asus. Virgin have tried getting me to stay with some absolutely dreadful deals.

Hello
i have recently moved from bt (Openreach FTTP) to Vodafone and have gained my credentials from Vodafone however when following the guides on here I still can not get my RT-AX82U to connect to the internet. I have tried inputting LAN IPTV numbers 101 and 911 with no joy.
can anyone help please?

If you're on an openreach fttp connection don't set a vlanid - leave it set to "None"
If that isn't the case there's been a mistake somewhere between the agent's screen and your router. Os can look like 0s, Is like 1s,etc

Get your PPPoE details from vodafone and use a VLANID of 911.

Hi, I've got Vodafone fiber 500 and want to move to rt-ax82u, already have broadband login and password so should I just swap router and set the password and login to make it working?
In message was also vlan id 101 is it for router settings as well?

If you're with openreach you don't use the VLANID. It should be a simple case of entering the pppoe username and password in the Quick Internet Setup.
Username should be in the format dslXXXXXXXXX@broadband.vodafone.co.uk

If you want to do it the manual way in the wan settings:
