My Gigafast installation is similar to what is shown in the attached picture. I'm trying to remove the round white hole cover (as shown in the picture) as I'd like to re-use the hole for another cable I need to run outside.
Does anyone know how this can be done? I've been pulling it a bit but don't want to break anything.
Hi, sorry to jump into this with another question but can you photograph the end of the cable entering your black network box? I am trying to find out which type of Fibre cabling Vodafone uses for Gigabit connections. Best of luck with the white box

We would never advise you to interfere with any of your equipment or wiring @SuperCow73 for safety reasons, as well as to avoid any impact on your services. Perhaps another user on the forum will provide some clarity around this for you. If you absolutely need to know though, we would definitely recommend getting a specialist to take a look at it for you.
