Router Plug in an extetion lead

Hello
WI-FI keeps dropping or the booster is not working. I got told it's because I have my router power plug in an extension and that I had 20 wi-fi things connected. We have a WIZ, and it has outside and indoor lights. Looking at VF it says you can have up to 500 contractions. We have Business Pro II Full Fibre 900 with the new super hub. Was with PlusNet & BT for 20 od years and never an issue. Does anyone know if I can get a longer wired Router Plug, if so would appricaite a link

Vodafone are talking rubbish, it has nothing to do with the mains power socket or number of devices.

As you are a business user, and not home, I'd have expected you to have better support than us home users, however you will need to keep on at Vodafone to get it resolved. I would suggest raising an official complaint.
