My network suddenly broke down tonight at 0:00 am. All lights on the router are white. My vodafone broadband app says ‘network status: inactive’. I tried all methods I can find on internet but no one works. It says I’d better speak on this forum and contact you on Facebook to run account specific test. I’m doing it now.

Yes it all seems to be broken.
The line connection is physically there but the IP server is not giving out any addresses to the router.
Almost looks like something has lost the registration information.
Nothing we can do until it gets fixed.
I am in Oxford which I think connects via Milton Keynes but am not sure of this.
