I am using it now as own router lost LAN 1 for WAN.
Moved to FTTP and having some issues thought a FW update might fix it but not updated itself in last 48 hours.

A factory reset can often bring on a firmware update. Have you tried that? Check the firmware version 10 minutes after the reboot.

Just done it, hopefully will update, nothing yet.

If you do get the update, be aware the requirements for the password have increased, which is a pain if you have an 8 digit password. (as I have)
Fortunately the app still allows an 8 digit one.

No joy, it didn't update the FW.
Factory reset via the GUI and left WAN plugged in.

Okay. Looks like you'll just have to wait for vodafone's servers to go through the next push cycle. Other that keeping it connected there's nothing else you can do.

I've had my Vodaphone Fibre connection running for a few weeks now and still waiting for the firmware update to happen. I've tried forcing an update, router restart, router factory reset, powering cycling everything, power the router without an internet connection then connecting the Openreach modem. And done it all multiple times. The reason I'm doing it is because the connection seems to drop out a lot. Most of the kit around the house is hard wired and worked perfectly for years on multiple different providers and provider system.
