Vodafone hub router and super WiFi extension, initially kept randomly dropping devices,  then wired connections stopped working,  now stubbornly let's you connect but without Internet and now just failed connections until you have reset it 30 times and tried to connect loads.

Is everyone having these issues?

Vodafone broadband was a great deal, but not if it isn't fit for purpose.

No. it works perfectly for me..

If you are having issues, you need you report them to Vodafone..

Use live chat,  https://www.vodafone.co.uk/bbservcd/ or call 08080 034 515.

Sorry, I corrupted the link in the previous reply, and ran out of time to correct it, so here it is again:

Yh I've tried that, it's a joke, and the number is having technical issues.

@leewren  So, have you done a factory reset?

What errors do you see in the router log files?

What errors do you get in the wired and WiFi devices?

Are you on FTTC or FTTP broadband?

Have you contacted the Vodafone helpdesk?
