On going problems with Vodafone services - thinking about cancelling

Hi we recently signed up for Fibre pro 2 and switched my mobile to vodafone from O2

It's been a long road of errors / problems. and still not working correctly.

Broadband problems

1. Ultrahub didn't arrive in time for activation date 8th June

2. replacement hub arrived on 10th but didn't work due to it not being registered on network.

3. Managed to get broadband going and its as promised 900 down / 100 up, but fall back modem not working

4. Having had several chats and been promised it would be activated, now three weeks later still not fall back modem.

5. Requested an extra booster but got sent another hub instead !

 

I'm getting to the point with the broadband that I might send it all back and cancel as I've spent way too much time on this,.

 

Mobile problems

What should have been a simple port from O2 to Vodafone has resulted in multiple calls / chats to get my data working, finally last weekend I got data, but now each morning I'm met with Invalid Sim and have to reboot my phone.

Just spent the best part of an hour chatting with VF to reset the sim / network setting etc.

If in the morning I get another Invalid Sim message and my Braodband back is still not activated - it's curtains for VF and back to O2 / BT.

 

Not a happy camper....
