so I'm trying to cancel my service and there's no way to contact Customer Service. The 0333 or the 07836 do not connect from my ID mobile phone. I have no landline to use, and the website doesn't provide any email or alternative ways to contact. BTW the chat bot is useless.
What would yo recommend to do?
Also, if you want to move to another broadband supplier (except Virgin), let the new supplier do the cancelation or you may experience downtime.
