I hsve had my services barred for 28hrs now my bill is clear 3 times on live chat 2 times on the phone promises it will be up n running, lies,

Because im switching providers, they wont lift the restriction even though im still paying for it absolutely full iof lies, the speed drops all the time ive had discount once full complaint

How long is this going to go on for, again Vodafone youve failed .

I was guaranteed this morning thst internet would be back on considering its now 7 days of phone calls live chats and told the same thing everyday. This morning the "manager" was keeping an eye on things to make sure i had my broadband up n running before 6.30pm today.... have they hell as like ive just got in from work n its still NOT on. Too late to phone as ive tried , even Tobi full of it i was supposed to get txt with the link to chat to someone????? No txt . im now beginning to flip my lid over this, they cant even reply to their DMs

Ok so last nightfinally got thru pn chat, advisor said restriction lifted and its now down to openreach to activate the line and said without a doubt 2hours it will be on...

Its NOT!!!!

What on earth do i have to do to get this thing sorted ANYONE GOT ANY ANSWERS

Believe me ive tried everyone since Friday, this morning advisor told me the barr/restriction is showing to be in place until 3rd july for whatever reason, but he seemed to know what he meant, hes asked me to allow him to take over and work on the back system today, its what theyve all tried in tech support plus others, but i will give him the benefit of the doubt for today after that i give up totally and just putting it in the hands of the ombudsmen as I think 7 days of endless calls and live chat is enough

 

Getting billed for service I cant use, even landline cut off, which i never use, thank god my mobile is though another network or id be well up the creek for my job

I really cant work out how this is taking so long. Really peeved off now, im sure theyre just filling me full of it.

Takes them seconds to put the restriction on (like after id paid the bill), but nor one person capable of lifting it off, 7 days now for god sake what a horrendous company 

Hi ive had nothing since last friday. They restricted my services after id paid bill for starters, then they said that it shoukd be on, allow 24hrs, was told this everyday for 6 days then its lifted but need to wair for openreach to activate it again, they supposedly contacted them, its now 8 days on and nothing  waste of time after the first couoke days i was put through to tech support who said it would be on allow 24hrs im fuming 

How can they not get it back on !!!

Day 8 and still nothing,now ive escalated it for the professional people to deal with it on my behalf

Well its now been 11 days and still not been solved, so much for lifting the bar that should not have been put on in first place
