My Broadband  internet connection as been down for 12hrs now (Kettering Area); chatted with Vodafone agent who said they were aware... nothing posted on Twitter or Web... what's happening please?

14hrs down... no response from Vodafone , no service updates (Acknowledgment would be nice..)

24hrs broadband down... no updates from Vodafone, no tweets (or replies) and no reply to this feed I the forum. 

Happily send me a email and text bill today though... (and yes I know it's automated!) the point is you could automate outage comms too!

Yes thanks - service back on. I just followed BT and Openreach’s communications as they were quite happy to keep everyone updated; great customer service from them.
