I am trying to access my Vodafone wi-fi Hub online portal.
When I put http://192.168.1.1 into my browser it waits for a bit then comes back with an error:
192.168.1.1 took too long to respond.
Window'd defender isn't reporting any blocked connections. and turning it off doesn't help. Any other ideas?

Possibly it isn't using the default address, try a factory reset, that will set it back to default.
Hold the reset button in for at least 10 seconds.

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried connecting via my iPhone and it worked fine - it's just on my PC (Windows 11) that I can't access it. All other internet connectivity seems ok (as evidenced by me posting this from my PC!).
