Hi,
I am experiencing various broadband issues. My broadband cannot cope with another connection when watching a streaming service, it will cause buffering, even if the other connection is just browsing the internet. I am experiencing frequent dropouts and despite a speed test coming back showing a good speed, this isn't the case. I have tried to go on live chat but keep being disconnected.
Any help appreciated.

Hey @dcdsmith I can certainly appreciate how frustrating this must be. You can run some tests on your lines here and this will automatically raise a ticket if any faults, outages or issues are found. Alternatively, please give the Broadband Teams a call on 0333 304 0191 so they can look into these issues for you.

Hi Effie,
I have already tested via that page, it says that the case has been picked up, but there have been no updates for almost a week.

I'm having the exact same issue. The app raised the automatic ticket because there was a fault detected but when I eventually got through to speak to someone they said everything was fine on their end. They suggested the problem was with all of my devices. Absolutely ridiculous. The Vodafone customer service is some of the worst I've ever come across. Can you post up here if you get some sort of fix?

Hi
I am a new broadband customer and I was also having the same issues, I had read the forums etc and still not answered, but my issues seemed to have gone away now that i have replaced my Adsl cable, i used the one that came with the router initially but since i replaced it with a cable that i had used with my previous broadband supplier it seems to have sorted itself out. I suspect that the cables supplied are not very good quality maybe Vodafone should look at this as it does not leave a good first impression> I was all ready to cancel and put it down to a bad experience, I have not contacted Vodafone support they may have told me to try another cable wh knows, but I hope this helps.

Hi,
I still have had no response to the issue I have raised in this post. I raised a broadband fault via the app over two weeks ago.
I am now also having problems with the landline, part-way through a telephone call yesterday and echo on the line developed this is was not heard from by the other caller I terminated the call and then called back but the echo was still there.
I would appreciate some assistance with these issues.

Hey @dcdsmith I'm sorry to hear these issues are still ongoing. We have no account access on the Forum so we would be unable to run any testing with you or check for any updates with existing fault tickets. You would need to speak to the Broadband teams on 0333 304 0191 or drop them a message via LiveChat so they can look into this further.
