Vodafone Pro II setup

I have just had delivered and activated the Vodafone Pro II setup (Router, extender and SIM card). Router and SIM setup fine, 500mb running on WIFI throuht the router, but the Vodafone Broadband app not working on both Apple and Android phone for setting up the wifi extender.

Both phones and router on same SSID, start the app it loads the first bit and says it as picked up the router and Vodaofone wifi, it then says pairing app with router and then it just says it as ran into an issue :(.

I have reset router several times, tried updating its firmware and also reinstalled the app several times.

Can you pair the extender and the router up without the app as it is rubbish? I have also looged into the router and tried the WPS pairing option in ther still no luck.

Any ideas?

Have you definately got the latest version of the app on Android?
