Hello all, I recently moved to a WG and I have been told that the house has Vodafone home internet with 600 Mbps connection speed. And it is an expensive one. But the internet connection is not reliable at all. It is very intermittent and many times I received 4-5 Mbps from the Ookla speedtest (Only two people live in the WG so the band is not crowded). In this situation, what can I do to make them fix it? I experienced that customer service in Germany works slowly and is inefficient but I don't know how are things with the internet. Also, my German is not very good and I wasn't able to connect with someone who speaks sufficient English at Vodafone. Also, I plan to change the wifi provider, I am open to suggestions for Hamburg.
