Vodafone fibre fitted a couple of days ago but it doesn't seem to like my SkyQ Box and mini box.
Chat couldn't help so I told them that I am within my cooling off period so will cancel. They just said they understand.
Can the problem be fixed or do I have to leave, I can't go 2 years without Sky.
Thank you

There are often problems with Sky Q, as it likes to work with it's own router as they create a Sky mesh.
The first thing to try is setting the Vodaphone router to compatibility mode.

I am a tech dummy. Can you please explain how to do this.?

It depends slightly on whether you have the Power Hub or the Ultra hub, but this page explains both.
How does WiFi compatibility mode work?
When it talks about the portal, it simply means logging into your router at http://192.168.1.1/

Hello,
Activated compatibility mode which gave me another network I presume.
Main Q box now works but it will not connect to the mini box for love nor money 😞
Any help will be very much appreciated.
Thank you

That is a common when using Sky Q on a different ISP, once again it to do with the lack of the Sky mesh.
