Vodafone broadband question

I know this is a tech question but wondering if anyone has had the same problem. New house, new broadband connection. Wifi is poor as the router is at the back door [Removed] ( easiest install for last owners ) Has anyone had the same problem and bought a new router or are wifi extenders worth the money?

.@hanjitren This is a common question, please search the forum to see if anyone has a good suggestion.

Meanwhile, it would help to understand your experience and what you consider "poor". Can you show what speed you are getting over WiFi from different locations and different WiFi bands (2.4GHz and 5GHz)? Do you use the Vodafone supplied router or are you using a different one? Without more information it is hard to say how to help because everyone's home is different due to construction, other radio signals from neighbouring WiFi and also from other equipment in your home.
