Looks like a mobile device. Are you connected over wifi6 (802.11ax)? If not you're probably hitting your WiFi limits. Try again with a wired connection on a decent pc/laptop, older kit can also bottleneck your speed.

Exactly as above, WiFi has it's constraints unfortunately! Try an ethernet connection.
(Though your upload speed looks strangely slow!)
