Hello all,
I am coming to here as a last resort after I think I exhausted all other ways to fix my problem.
I have Vodafone cable internet at home and it's been working flawlessly for more than a year. Now all of a sudden it started cutting all the time. It works for a few minutes and then interruptions happen few times in a row which makes everything unusable for a while. I am actually a telecommunications engineer so I really tried to fix the problem myself but the problem still persists (it's clearly on Vodafone's side or the router itself).
Now the solution should have been easy, but the main problem is that I do not speak any German. I tried contacting their support many times hoping I would get someone who speaks English, but apparently they're forbidden from doing so. Most of the agents I got on the phone clearly understood what I was saying and answered me in German. But they refused to say a word in English.
Did anyone have to deal with them in similar situation? I usually get around this issue by sending email or generally any written form of support, but they don't seem to have any. All things I tried lead to the system asking me to call or request a call back.
Any help is much appreciated.

I doubt anyone can help you here, as this is the UK forum and Vodafone here don't use cable.
The German one is here: Home - Vodafone Community, perhaps by turning on translate in your browser, and using Google translate to post, you could get some help there.

Sounds like a frustrating situation. Unfortuntely we don't have any links to Vodafone Germany. If they are similar to the UK they will have a customer relations team who handle complaints prior to the ombudsman. The only thing I can suggest is to try and escalate to customer relations or begin a complaint with the ombudsmen.
Failing that you could maybe get a bilingual friend to speak on your behalf?

Why did you copy the whole of the original message and then add a URL that was not in the original?
Fortinet has a warning about this URL.

I suspect this is the scammers trying a new method, now the unlimited edit facility has been removed.

@Jayach It would take Vodafone very little effort to test these embedded URLs and automatically deal with them.
