Hello all.
Yesterday I got gigafast 100Mbs installed and it was fine until today my download speed has dropped to between 5mb to 25mbs. I have been told there is a fault on my line so a ticket has been opened.
I also noticed in logs a lot of red warning could this be the reason I have the fault or is the router faulty too?
How long would it take for this fault to be fixed??

Hey @HighTower - I understand how important it is to have a stable connection, especially now.
The time frame on a broadband fault ticket can vary depending on if an issue is found by the team and what needs to resolved.
There can be a lot attributed to broadband issues and connection issues. We don't have access to accounts over this platform so I would advise speaking with our dedicated Gigafast team on 191 or 0808 040 8408 so they can give you an update on your fault ticket 😊
