hi,
I've been trying to connect a netgear, plus one other wifi extender to my broadband, but it will not accept the password (not recognised).
I've done factory resets, connected via WPS, but not joy.
Customer support sent me to the vodafone help page and dropped my chat...- please can anyone help, can't work in the home office!

I suspect that is the option 2 connection method in the manual posted on another thread.
