I am monitoring my connection via BQM and it shows that my connection is going down every night around 1am. I am having to set up a new BQM every day to keep track of the connection. Yes I am in the first 10 days of my connection, but this should not cause a reset every night. I have cctv cameras that are going down because of this.

The only way to stop this activity is to request a static IP. Whenever the connection between your modem/router and the cabinet retrains, you'll get a different WAN IP. Your connection is going to retrain regularly during the first 10 days, and then once or twice a week from then onwards!
*You may be able to have your cameras work through setting up a DDNS so that you can address them via a dynamic domain name - generally dynamic IP allocation is more secure than static...
