Hey @SueGr. How peculiar! We completely understand how alarming this must have been. To make sure that we're on the same page, have you deleted and reinstalled the Vodafone Broadband app?

I did and it didn’t work however I did manage to get through to Vodafone Wi-Fi team and they managed to reinstate it - I will always advise people now to not delete ‘main wifi’ and I feel such a fool but I really really do appreciate you taking the time to reply - thank you so much
