I am starting to install THREAD MATTER smart home devices in my home on Google Home but They won't install, some say you need ipv6 but the THG3000 does not have ipv6, is there another Vodafone router that does or coming soon? or can I replace the router with a third-party one that does have ipv6? I'm on Full Fibre 2 but also with phone, an analogy phone plugged in the back of the router.

Since this last post, I've realised that I have a problem with the thread border router here. It's taking its IPv6 addresses from the local pool, but it's not registering them with the router! Everything works, but I don't think that's how it's supposed to work.

I think I've got to bow out from this thread (sic) as a little play with the hub (proprietary/zigbee/thread) /TBR seems to show that I know less about this than I thought I did. Looking at the app for the TBR, if the network is IPV4 only, devices have a MAC address but no individual associated IP. Switch to IPv6 and they have directly addressable IPv6 addresses based off their MAC address - which is not registered with the router. But the SBCs I have here also have secondary IPv6 addresses (primary IPv6 assigned by router) based on their MAC addresses and not logged by the router.
*My head hurts!
