Can someone please tell me the version number for the latest firmware for the vodafone thg3000 router.

I am trying to do a manual firmware update from the GUI but keep getting update failed please try later?

Thank you Cynric, The Hardware Type & Version are the same so I wonder why some of our firmwares are not being upgraded. If I thought they would know I would try to ask Vodafone but I know whatever they say will be garbage.

Without a doubt the worse support I have ever experienced.

My Current firmware version is - 19.2.0307-3261013
Been looking for a way to change the WiFi channels and hoped there was an update that would let me change it.

Hey @Gaston, If you're struggling to change your WiFi channels through the router settings, have you tried your Broadband app?

1.        Download and install the Vodafone Broadband app on a device connected to the router's WiFi network
2.        Start the app and follow the prompts to pair the app with the router.
3.        Tap on the 'My Wifi' option, then scroll down and tap on the 'Wifi Channels' option.
4.        The next page will show you the two frequencies the wifi is broadcast on; 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz, we need to change channels on both to have an effect.
5.        Select 2.4 GHz, and the app will display a list of 13 channels, change the selected channel to one that has no numbers next to it on the left hand side.

If you are still having issues, it may be worth speaking with our dedicated team on 0333 304 0191 and I'm sure they'll be happy to offer a little further help with this

Hi Mark,

Are you sure that is correct? WiFi channel selection got disabled in the app and router firmware... Or has there been a recent app update?

Hi Mark, The app and router screens are not like any of these options and after a good hunt around multiple times I can't see any way to change the channels? 
If this is meant to be enabled I'd appreciate an update on when it will be working?
