Download Speed Low ON PC ONLY / Upload Normal

Hi,

Is there any known issues in PE11 area? Let me know..

My issue is basically the fact we are paying for 500mb connection and recently the download speed on each Windows device connected both by cable or wifi is capped at 10-12mb, and upload of 70mb which is what it always have been. However, what is actually strange is the fact that any android device connected to the same wifi has a normal downlod speed of 480-510mb!!  Why is this happening?
