I've noticed and done speed tests on both my system and physically elsewhere in the same area of Milton Keynes. . Both systems are experiencing slow upload speeds in use and tested with different speed testers and server sites. This suggests a common problem. I don't think support are around at this time in the evening, so looks like tomorrow will be the pain day of getting in touch.
