Optical fibre very slow

Hello in last 2 weeks broadband speed drop from 100mbps to 3 when checking on vodafone website they don't see any problem. For last 2 years was solid 100 . What is going on VODAFONE ?

I did using different browsers and nothing

What's "nothing"?

Nothing mean can't connect to Web chat spinning all the time 

Today solid 100 no problems at all 

Today is solid 5

When presented with the automated options, you need to select Get Started > Message an adviser and this will bypass the BOT and get you through to us 🙂

I see you posting in multiple threads about the slow speeds. Do you think you need to assess these problems internally at Vodafone, and then come back and make a statement to everyone?
