Optical fibre very slow

Hello in last 2 weeks broadband speed drop from 100mbps to 3 when checking on vodafone website they don't see any problem. For last 2 years was solid 100 . What is going on VODAFONE ?

Same here in Pembrokeshire  was solid 62 for 18 months now dropping to less than 2 . Tried over past 3 days BOT is not working and no ways its 24 hours .tried  all the suggestions but do not use twitter .

It's happened again 3mbps at optical 100 unbelievable

Are you getting those results on a wired connection?

If so, you need to contact Vodafone, the forum will not be able to help.

Yes today is about 40mbps

2 years? Are you out of contract? If so you may want to move now before they try to sell you an "upgrade".

Unfortunately have to wait to march funny things I try to use their Web chat don't work at all when disabled WiFi my phone speed up to 150mbps what a joke

And again drop to 3mbps kids can't Watch cartoons
