Packet Loss

Hi - I've had my Fibre 900 for around 3 months. Recently started experiencing packet loss. I'm a network engineer and can see packet loss at 84.65.192.1, the next hop after my local gateway. 6.5% over 10 minutes. Downloads speeds are fine - although I imagine it would be better without packet loss but gaming is off the table.

 

I'm not on Social media,  can I get can email address to log my issue with and send over the information I have? Fortunately I still have good old Sky VDSL that I am running. 

 

Anyone else had this, in Coventry.

I am also in Coventry and over the last few days I have been having similar issues. I have replied to a different post about it. Following the advice that was given I have contacted support who claim that everything is fine. Due to this I am unsure if this is a Vodaphone or a City Fibre Coventry issue.
