Fibre Internet Speed - Unusable

Hi, I have Superfast 100 and from around 9:30pm last night the speed has tanked to around 0.53 mbps download and 25 mbps upload. I've rebooted both router and the little box on the wall to not joy. I had hoped it would resolve itself by morning as typically these weird things happen. I'm cabled directly into the router itself with everything else unplugged, plus WIFI is getting the same speeds as the cable.

 

The diagnostic tool says everything is fine, will try and log a support case when Vodafone support wakes up. I did a ping test from the router to Google DNS and got around 949ms so I'm surprised the broadband diagnostic tool isn't flagging an issue.

Go into the router's status pages and give us your gateway IP.

That appears to be your (static?) IP address, not your gateway.

Now logged with Vodafone 2nd line team, I did notice on down detector that I'm not alone there are other people with the same/similar issue.

Looks like I'm not alone, I'm also based in Reading. This was taken from downdetector.
