Slow Broadband

Had good service over the past 18 months now for 3 days its hopeless with speeds down from 68 mbs to 1.5 . looks like I can end the contract as its day 3 . I really do not want to but unable to report or caht with Vodafone . Have they stopped broadband or broadband pro help ?

What makes you think you can end your contract because of slow speed?

Pay for Pro Broadband unable to contact Vodaphone and get a meaningful reply or even log an issue for 3 days . Tobi no help , try to use broadband app to check service comes back as unavailable , I might have contacted India on chat but they said Pro so cannot help and put me in que which has cut out now three times . Frustration level is high

If you are getting nowhere, try raising an official complaint.

Managed to speak to Vodafone Egypt wifi expert who has arrange engineer for Tuesday AM ( looks like line fault ) . 

So fingers crossed . My comment is why did it take 3 days to speak to someone when Vodafone promise a quick reply ?
