I've seen some posts about this , but they seem to suggest it's been fixed. Been with Vodafone since October and finding now that the speeds and reliability are poor in the evenings. Watching off iplayer and it will suddenly stop and pause for around a minute, several times. Really annoying. It's fine in the day. I've jumped through some hoops already, like changing from my own tplink router to the Vodafone one, made no difference. Also the tv is connected to the router direct with Ethernet cable and the tech person said to change the WiFi channel. When I explained that I didn't see how the WiFi channel would effect the wired connect she ignored it and insisted I change the channel of WiFi. Anyway. It's still happening. When I do a speed test while it's happening it can be anything from 1 to 15 mbps when it's usually around 35 to 40. Any help or advice? I think it's due to more people using the internet but not sure. It's jumpy tv when using iplayer or itv hub, or Plex built in to the tv, but if I chromecast plex it seem ok which is odd. Help please

Funny that everybody is facing the same issue and Vodafone is ignoring

For everybody suffering this problem, I can only suggest raising an official complaint.
Complaints Code of Practice | Vodafone UK
And after the 8 weeks (or before, if you reach deadlock) take your complaint to CISAS, who can award compensation, and force Vodafone to allow you to leave without penalty.
I realise you would really prefer Vodafone to provide the service you are paying for, but sometimes you have to realise there is no point flogging a dead horse.
Good Luck

Unfortunately the only solution for me was as simple as 3 words...
Change your provider.

I'm also since the weekend having the same issues as others in this thread slow download speeds and about 20% packet loss at around 5pm till 11pm every night.

I feel your pain..
I posted a very short response above I feel I should elaborate a little.
I was hosting a website or two from my own server which were running perfectly fine for quiet some time, maybe 2 to 3 years or more.. The connection issues everyone talks about and why we are here appeared over night and didn't go away for me.. Everything was fine and then bam intermittent Internet and speed issue in the evening like clockwork. I can not recall the exact speeds with out looking back in this post, something very ridiculously low I know. I complained I wasn't getting the service I was paying for and was free to leave..
My point is if they can't fix it you do not have to stay with them even if in a contract because you are not getting the service set out in the contract.
It's a real shame because I was a long term Vodafone customer 15+years?
If They don't solve your issue in a few days then good luck, witherway it will be good to hear thoutcome of others experiences 👍
