Vodafone internet not working

Hi, I stay in Bremen and we have Vodafone internet at home. It's not working since the evening is there a 24 hour helpline where I can call them to ask for a resolution? Also will they be able to recognize our id/contract with my address? Since my Mitbewohner is not at home and he knows our Kundennummer.
