So I am trying to fix this issue for my relative in Liverpool (I'm in Kent)
I have been up twice now fix , never had this issue before , firstick gets speeds of 107 (his max) all good for a day or 2 then drops to around 30 max , what the hell is going on ?
Never had a issue like this
Have given it stacit ip and port fawarding and still the issue happens.
If it keeps happening can he get out of his contract.

So what speed exactly is it that's dropping:
Is it the sync rate to the router?
The general download rate to the router?
The WiFi sync speed between the router and the Firestick? If this drops, it could be due to congestion/interference!
The download speed on sites specifically on sites the firestick is connecting to? No ISP can force a download/streaming provider to pump out data as fast as the receiving device can handle it - that would be down to Amazon or the data provider.
Can you get out of the contract? Based on the limited information you've provided, probably not without incurring a fee, and if the problem is not related to Vodafone then that problem would remain!

Congestion hopefully not a issue , they have a alexa and sky q that's it

It sounds like they are on FTTP, so there is no sync speed, that would be for FTTC.
With the limited information we have, it's impossible to make a guess as to the cause.
With Firesticks the first thing I like to do is get them away from the back of the TV by using a short HDMI extension cable.

Sorry for limited info
Have used a hdmi extender and was perfect for 2 days but now dropped back down to 34mps

Whenever I hear of Sky Q, I'm always suspicious. It can cause problems if it doesn't have the Sky Q router.
When the Firestick speed is low, could they try turning the Sky Q off, and see if the speed returns.
